Hi Benjamart,

Long, long before I was born (thousands of years, in fact), someone had a brainwave.

He or she figured out how to farm.

Instead of running around hunting and gathering, people began to stay put and grow stuff.

And so the human race leapt forward. It was genius.

Farming is a term that is used by real estate agents – they farm a neighborhood.

It’s a good concept.

But it could be so much more than that.

Real “farming” is building a database of leads and clients and then nurturing them in the months and years ahead.

Just like you tend to crops.

You can do that by building a database and then contacting that database using newsletters.

And after a few months and years, you’ll have a thriving farm.

Here’s where to start: http://www.readymortgagenewsletters.com
